What does the $199 setup fee include?
The $199 one-time fee covers the creation and delivery of your custom-branded QR code coasters (with your brewery's logo), your BrewMetrics account creation, and the initial setup of up to 5 of your beer batches in our system.
What about the Standard Plan's $99 setup fee?
The Standard Plan has a $99 one-time setup fee which covers basic account creation and setup with BrewMetrics branded QR coasters. It does not include custom branded coasters or the extensive batch setup included in the Co-Founder/Enterprise tiers.
How does the 90-day free trial work for Co-Founders?
After paying the $199 setup fee, Co-Founders get full Enterprise access for 90 days at no additional cost. We'll remind you before your trial ends. If you wish to continue, you'll automatically be billed $100/month for lifetime Enterprise access.
Can I add more than 5 batches with the Co-Founder deal?
Yes! The initial $199 setup includes us configuring up to 5 of your batches. However, the Enterprise plan (which you get) allows you to add and manage unlimited batches yourself through your dashboard anytime.
What's the difference between Co-Founder coasters and Standard plan coasters?
Co-Founders (and regular Enterprise users) receive coasters custom printed with their own brewery logo and branding. The Standard plan comes with basic coasters featuring BrewMetrics branding only, as part of its $99 setup.
What if I sign up after the 100 Co-Founder spots are filled?
Once these 100 spots are taken, the Co-Founders Program Phase Two offer will end. You can then choose our Standard plan (with its $99 setup fee) or our regular Enterprise plan (with its $199 setup fee).
