Getting Started
Q: How do I create my first batch?
A: Log in to your Brewery Dashboard, navigate to the "Batches" section, and click "Create New Batch". Fill in the details like Name, Style, and any optional notes or incentive text.
Q: Where do I find the QR code for my batch?
A: After creating a batch, the unique feedback URL and QR code will be displayed on the batch details page in your dashboard. You can download the QR code image directly.

Q: How do I view the feedback for a batch?
A: In your Brewery Dashboard, go to the "Batches" list and click on the specific batch name. You'll see aggregated results and any comments submitted.
Q: Can patrons submit feedback without scanning the QR code?
A: Yes, each batch has a unique URL. You can share this URL directly (e.g., link on your digital menu) in addition to using the QR code.
Account & Billing
Q: How is the Founder's Deal lifetime plan billed?
A: Your Founder's Deal subscription is billed automatically at $50 each month via the payment method you provided during signup through Stripe. Your rate is locked in for the life of your active account.
Q: How do I update my payment method?
A: You can manage your subscription and update billing details through the Stripe customer portal. We will provide instructions on accessing this upon signup or upon request.
Q: Can I cancel my subscription?
A: Yes, you can cancel your monthly subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal or by contacting support. Please note that if a Founder cancels and signs up again later after the initial 50 spots are filled, the Founder rate will not be available.
Enterprise & Founder Features
Q: How do I customize survey questions?
A: On the Enterprise (and Founder) plan, you'll find options within the batch creation/editing process to add, modify, or remove questions from the standard feedback survey.
Q: How do I receive the monthly social media posts?
A: Each month, we will email the primary account holder 4 social media graphic templates (customized with your logo/colors) focused on encouraging feedback via BrewMetrics. You can then add your own specific messaging and post them.
